Skies 39: An upcoming new condo situated in the heart of Toa Payoh along Lorong 4/6. After a long wait of seven years, Housing Development Board (HDB) finally issued a release of the private residential site in the mellowed Toa Payoh estate.

Skies 39 psf was forecasted by a property expert to be from $1,450 psf to $1,550 during the launch. With a land size of 130,832 square feet, Skies 39 condo is expected to be completed in 2019. The developers of Skies 39 condo, Evia Real Estate Pte Ltd, Maxdin Pte Ltd and Gamuda Berhad (GEM Homes Pte Ltd) are set to build two towers, with one tower consisting of 37 stories and another tower consisting of 38 units, with a total of 578 residential units. Skies 39 condo has full and unique facilities which include 578 parking lots, a guard house, club house, 50 metres lap pool, tennis court, indoor gym, chill out cabanas, fitness corners and sky gardens.
