The new EC (executive condominium) is located at Woodlands Ave 12. The Housing and Development Board (HDB) has sold a residential site along Woodlands avenue 12 as part of the government Land Sales (GLS) in the first quarter of 2015. The land parcel is set in the Northern Region of Singapore, connected by Gambas Avenue and Woodlands Avenue 12. Hoa Yuan Investments won the top bid of S$103.8 million, translating to about S$278 per square foot per plot ratio. The break even price for the land is approximately S$620 psf per plot ratio.

The New  and upcoming EC is approximately 1.1 km away from Sembawang MRT Station which serves the North South Line. The Sembawang Bus Interchange which is next to the MRT Station is also allows future residents of New EC to be able to access to multiple bus services providing a conduit of convenience in terms of commuting. Alternatively, future residents of New EC can also take the bus services that are available just outside their homes to head down to the Admiralty MRT Station.
